ShortCourses.com ("we", "us", "the Platform") is operated by Vanda Projects Melbourne Pty Ltd (ACN 604 461 154), Australia. We operate a course discovery and lead generation marketplace connecting students with course providers worldwide.

By accessing or using ShortCourses.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Two Types of Users

Students: Individuals browsing for courses and submitting enquiries. Free to use. No account required.

Providers: Training organisations, universities, and course platforms listing their courses and receiving student leads. Subject to additional Provider Terms.

3. Student Terms

3.1 Enquiry Forms

When you submit an enquiry form, you consent to your name, email, phone number, and course interest being shared with the specific course provider you selected. We do not share your details with other providers.

3.2 No Guarantee of Enrolment

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute enrolment. All enrolment decisions are made solely by the course provider. ShortCourses.com is a referral platform, not an educational institution.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

Course details including price, duration, and availability are sourced from providers. We endeavour to keep information current but cannot guarantee accuracy. Always verify details directly with the provider.

3.4 Direct Purchases

If you purchase a course directly through our platform, payment is processed by Stripe. Your contract for the course is with the course provider, not ShortCourses.com. Refunds are subject to the provider's refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Submit false or misleading enquiries
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without written permission
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or unsolicited marketing
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Reproduce our content without attribution

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ShortCourses.com — including course descriptions, blog articles, rankings, and platform design — is owned by Vanda Projects Melbourne Pty Ltd or our content partners. Provider logos and course materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may share links to our content. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Providers

ShortCourses.com links to third-party course providers. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, or conduct of third-party providers. Your dealings with providers are solely between you and them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortCourses.com and Vanda Projects Melbourne Pty Ltd are not liable for:

• Inaccuracy of course information provided by third parties
• Failure of a provider to deliver a course or honour an enquiry
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from use of the platform
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed AUD $100.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, including consumer guarantees.
